Overview

Reconciliation connects Coyote facility transactions with external transaction records, then surfaces volume differences that require review.

Open Reconciliation (/reconciliation) and select a date range. The dashboard reports matched activity and separates work into:

• My Loads Without Match — facility transactions with no external record;
• External Transactions Without Match — imported/entered records with no facility transaction;
• Volume Mismatches — matched records outside the configured volume tolerance; and
• LACT Allocations — pipeline readings awaiting allocation review.

This matching workflow is distinct from Discrepancies (/discrepancies), which tracks import and data-quality exceptions such as unknown partners, duplicates, missing transactions, shorts, longs, and invalid data.

Recommended order

1. Finish and approve relevant imports.
2. Resolve unknown partner/product mappings and invalid records.
3. Match unmatched facility and external transactions.
4. Accept a justified volume mismatch or reject the match and choose a better record.
5. Complete pending LACT allocation reviews.
6. Review remaining discrepancies before settlement.
